All of our apartments come fully furnished with modern furnishings including colour tv in lounge and both bedrooms (remote control) in addition the lounge has freeview tv and a dvd player and also a mini hi-fi

The kitchens are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pans. Some cleaning materials are also included as well as a welcome pack with some Tea, Coffee and sugar so you can have a brew when you get here (we will even put a pint of fresh milk in the fridge for you !)

Bedding is supplied for all beds and a bath and hand towel for each guest, these will be changed weekly if you should be staying for longer than a week.

Electricity and gas are included in the price as is the central heating which is on whenever outside temperatures require it ALL YEAR. The heating is controlled by thermostatic valves in each room so you can adjust the temperature to suit yourselves. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

For your day to day needs there is a Spar shop 500yrds away and a Somerfield mini-supermarket in Looe as well as a large Morrisons in Liskeard some 20 minutes drive away
